This course extends and elaborates upon ideas presented in the marketing core course. The topics we cover help you build upon and deepen your understanding of these core marketing concepts. At the same time, they introduce you to more specialized ideas and issues. Two topics receive special attention. One is how digital technologies are transforming consumer behavior and marketing practice. The other is the value of following a customer-centric strategy based on maximizing customer lifetime value.
